Telesales Specialist Required in Dubai
We are seeking highly motivated Telesales Specialists who are fluent in Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam and English. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in order to sell our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a scripted sales approach
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database
Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions that customers may have
Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales targets
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam and English is required
Previous telesales experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
