Accountant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
Prepare tax documents.
Compile and analyze financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and record assigned journal entries in a timely and accurately.
Record Purchase and Sales Bills.
Perform account reconciliations.

Key Abilities

Superb understanding of accounting and financial best practices and principles.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in navigating ERP system (QuickBooks).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with a high level of integrity.
Strong prioritization skills and proactivity in delivering results.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting in the UAE market.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Fluency (both oral and written) in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
