URGENT SENIOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for Arabic Female Sr. Accountant as the description below:

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Solid Knowledge about Manufacturing industry (FMCG).

• Appropriate handling of sensitive information

• Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties

• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.

• Strong knowledge of payroll and ministry of labor law.

• Understanding and experience of Treasury Accounting including foreign exchange.

• Strong knowledge of banking relationships and covenants

Job Description:

• Collecting weekly or monthly timesheets.

• Compute and prepare the salaries sheet and update the system.

• Calculating bonuses and allowances.

• Preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.

• Report on payroll expenses.

• Ensure wages and Deduction’s withholdings comply with regulations.

• Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts) into internal databases

• Answer questions about compensation, benefits, and insurance deductions.

• Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.

• Verify and allocate the petty cash invoices, ensure all payments compliance with the company policies.

• Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.

• Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.

• Proceed the Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.

• Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.

• Prepare and handle LC, Bank grantee, and export documents.

• Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
