Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai
We are looking for an Accountant to handle general accounting and corporate taxation for the entire group.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience handling the following tasks:
Compile and prepare MIS reports, comparing vis-a-vis plan, calculating variance and reporting to top management on a monthly basis.
Prepare and maintain accurate financials and finalization of balance sheets for the entire group.
Demonstrate expertise in preparing comprehensive financial reports and consolidated statements in accordance with IFRS
Coordinate and liaise with Tax authorities on matters relating to corporate tax, VAT, etc. within UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
Manage VAT compliance, accounting, auditing and return filling in accordance with the latest FTA updates and clarifications.
Implement systems, procedures & manuals for maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with FTA requirements.
Ensure the organization and its subsidiaries are tax compliant on internal policies & SOPs.
Coordinate and assist with statutory financial and tax audits.
Required Skills:
General accounts and corporate taxation understanding and experience.
Experience working on Oracle ERP system.
Advanced MS Office skills including but not limited to MS Excel.
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in accounting is essential.
Education/ Minimum Qualification:
Qualified CA/ ACCA/ CPA
