Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotel accommodations, holiday packages, sightseeing tours, airport transfers, visa services, travel insurance, and more. The Travel Consultant will also provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and ensure clients have a hassle-free travel experience.
Qualifications
Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
Experience in handling Reservations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Travel, Management, or related field.
