Customer Service Sales Specialist Required in Dubai -
bubble-bro is the UAE's oldest and largest distributor of soda makers in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2017, our goal is to be the default choice when it comes to soda makers and to help our community save bottles from the bin by making their own sparkling drinks from the comfort of their own homes. We believe the way to achieve this is by delivering an unmatched level of customer service. As we've grown, we've now reached a point where there is an opportunity for a skilled Online & Retail Customer Service Sales Specialist to join the team and help the founder manage all the varying sales channels and customers that we currently serve.
As we are a small business that punches above it's weight, we are a collaborative team that solves for customer delight by working together on solutions without drawing lines or limits. The responsibilities of this role may stretch beyond those of a typical role, but in your teammates you will find the right kind of support - we tackle everything as a team!
Responsibilities
Manage order processing and updates on all platforms (Website, Amazon, Carrefour Online, and assisting founder with some retail channels).
Handle incoming customer service and sales enquiries on the phone, via whatsapp, social media, email, and in person at our new showroom in DIP-2.
Assist with packing and dispatching orders. Track and follow up on deliveries as needed.
Assist with stock management - support the founder and operations manager with managing stock projections and planning ahead.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic language knowledge would be a plus, but not a core requirement.
Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail or B2C environment.
Prior experience in Wordpress / Woocommerce and Amazon account management / order fulfillment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.
A Driver's licence would be beneficial, but is not compulsory.
The salary for this role is flexible and will be commensurate with your experience and fit for the role.
