We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include booking meetings, Presenting Company and up-sell and cross- sell where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
To be successful as a Telesales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Working in a startup always requires to go for an extra mile and this is vital to take into account from the beginning. Once you understand the basics, it's gonna be required from you to share ideas and might involve doing extra tasks for the benefit of the team.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them for a meeting with ground sales team.
• Accurately recording details of customers’ details.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Telesales Executive Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proven 1-2 years’ experience working as a telesales executive.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
Bonus skills:
• Hindi language
• Arabic language
• F&B industry knowledge
• Experience living in Dubai and know the environment
KPIs:
• Make 70+ calls per day
• Book at least 3 meetings per day
• Book meetings with decision-makers only
• Follow given script unless you show a better result with your one
Salary:
• Own Visa (We are not able to provide visa at this stage; we can provide it after 3 months).
• Salary: 2,000 to 4,000+ AED/month (depending on performance).
