System Administrator Required in Dubai

Ensure the teams are using the correct discount codes, daily.
Investigate and report if any of the teams are using incorrect or unauthorised discount codes or discounts, daily.
Reconcile the CRM system with the bank daily.
Reconcile the earned revenue for music and dance, in the CRM system daily
Review all Change Request Forms for approval or rejection. Follow the change process for all approved change requests.
Review all freezing requests, daily. Approve or reject freezing requests as per company policy and if approved, follow the freezing process.
Report all non-compliance to the relevant manager.
Develop and implement all CRM system policies and procedures
Keep up to date with system updates and inform the concerned management of such updates
Responsibility for the correct naming of files and documents in the OneDrive and that all files and documents are maintained in the correct folder
Open to receiving feedback from colleagues
Represent Melodica, to all external parties, in a positive way. Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information (personal information as well as company information)
Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local labour law
Ensure all task deadlines, set by Management, are met and all requested documents or work are submitted on time
Maintain the tidiness of the email inbox. Junk and spam mail must be deleted
Responsibility for the correct naming of files and documents in the OneDrive and that all files and documents are maintained in the correct folder
Respect and work closely with all colleagues and immediate supervisor/line manager
Any other task as assigned by the Management. Follow all instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor/line manager.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Administration, similar qualification, or relevant experience. Minimum two (1years’ experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills (fluent spoken and written English).
Advanced I.T. skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
Friendly and confident personality
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Approachable and positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
