About the Role: As a Technical Support Specialist at Quadranet, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our restaurant clients receive exceptional technical assistance. You'll collaborate closely with our clients, addressing their software-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions promptly.

Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and efficient technical support to restaurant clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, offering step-by-step guidance and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical problems.
Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through software installations, updates, and configurations.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and a patient, customer-focused attitude.
Familiarity with restaurant operations or hospitality industry is a plus.
Experience in a technical support role is a plus
Basic understanding of databases, networks, and software integrations.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
