Position: Sushi Chef
Responsibilities:
Preparing raw fish in an appropriate manner
Slicing ingredients into perfect strips
Making sushi rice with perfect form and consistency
Managing storage of fruits, vegetables, and meat such as crab, eel, salmon, and tuna
Monitoring inventory of supplies
Handling restocking of ingredients
Ensuring adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards.
