Molecular Mixology techniques.
Must be able to prepare cold base drinks such as ice teas, frappes, iced lattes.
Must be able to prepare hot base drinks with coffee.
Must be able to provide trainings to clients.
Must perform demonstrations to clients as per their requirements.
Knowledge of balancing recipes.
Cleanliness and hygiene maintenance of the bar.
