About The Role:
We are looking for an outgoing senior relationship manager to initiate and foster strong relationships with our existing and new clients. The senior relationship manager's responsibilities include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgable advice, guiding their choices and ensuring client satisfaction.
To be successful as a senior relationship manager, you should ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs. Ultimately, an indispensable relationship manager will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities:
Work to establish and sustain meaningful ties with prospective and existing real estate investors, which may include companies or individuals. Leverage these connections to retain the clients.
Conduct consumer education about the company’s digitized property management service, while ensuring customers are serviced in accordance with our customer service standards and guiding investors decision-making process.
Achieve daily, monthly, yearly targets in line with the company’s financial goals by attracting new real estate investors and identifying new business channels.
Harness internal relationships to better address clients' needs.
Manage and monitor real estate investor’s portfolios by achieving various individual business targets, conducting regular reviews, providing guidance, coaching and support. Might involve conducting in-depth assessments to better understand each investor’s requirements.
Maintain a deep knowledge of company services and identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each investor. Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, accounting, finance or a similar discipline
Prior experience in real estate, investment banking, or a similar organization
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizational skills
Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
Good knowledge and previous experience in Tech/Startup sector is a plus
