Rodschinson is a global company specialized in professional real estate brokerage. We are matchmakers in mergers & acquisitions and in real estate, our activities are similar to those of investment banks, real estate advisors and brokerage offices such as CBRE or Cushman & Wakefield.
Contributing to our 2022 roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of business segments and related services in United Arab Emirates.
Our customers are banks, financial institutions and hotel, retail, residential, industrial owners who acquire or sell investment real estate assets of the following types:
- Hotels, retail units, development projects, shopping centers, industrial buildings etc. -
We are looking for a real estate professional with significant experience on Dubai market who would represent Rodschinson locally, follow up on our clients, vendors of such assets and presenting the assets to potential investors.
Tasks
Local presence representing Rodschinson Investment
Follow-up on our clients sellers of real estate assets
Presenting assets to potential investors
Manage prospects, leads, clients and assets in our portfolio
Estimation of assets
Customer consulting and negotiations management
Maintaining long term and strong client relationships
Your profile
Good business sense
Significant experience on Dubai real estate market,
either within in a real estate department of a bank
or that of the big four of real estate advisors
Perfect English speaker
Sense of contact, negotiator, diplomat
Acquired business dynamism
Respectful and customer-focused
Strong business and communication skills
Flexible, enthusiastic and convincing
Willing to follow trainings
Good presentation
