Property Manager Required in Dubai
Looking to hire a prudent Property Manager on urgent basis to be responsible for the direct management of assigned commercial/residential properties in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements:
At least 10 years in Property management and leasing with proven commercial and analysis experience in project evaluation and asset management.
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management with solid and strong relationships with the various regulators
Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills to effectively manage a large, diversified asset portfolio
Inspirational Leadership to set direction and strategy
Relationship management skills to develop partnerships internally and externally
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real estate, or Property Management
