Your Responsibilities
Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
Sales and marketing activities
Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Support from Engel & Völkers
Full Marketing support online & offline. Premium accounts with Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut and Houza. Lead generation is our focal point
Ongoing training provided by our E&V team and external partners

Requirements
Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
Ability to work independently with great dedication
Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
Must have your own car and a valid UAE driver’s license
