RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain their own online presence and manage the marketing of their properties across portals
Communicate/ Interact with potential and existing clients
Provide sound advice to end-users and investors
Grow a footprint in their residential community
Manage listings, viewings, and transactions
Meet their monthly target and drive sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the Real Estate Brokerage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Relationship building and negotiation skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
CRM System work experience.
