Senior Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the technological direction aligned with business objectives, collaborating with executive leadership to devise IT strategies that support and enhance operations.
Data Lakes Development: Lead the design and implementation of robust data lakes to consolidate and manage diverse data sources efficiently.
Technology Visualization: Develop a comprehensive digital visualization of all technologies deployed within the organization, ensuring clarity and accessibility of tech landscapes including Data Management, Automation, Cloud, Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and third-party partnerships to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of systems and applications for seamless functionality across various departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 10 – 12 years’ experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, demonstrating successful management of complex technology landscapes.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow platforms.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data lakes, and visualization techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Experience in overseeing security protocols, compliance, and risk management strategies.
