Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Head specializing in Retail and MS D365 for our strategic client located in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all IT functions across all retail locations. Duties include evaluating current systems architecture, collaborating with teams to identify business opportunities, managing IT infrastructure, and setting IT strategies and policies for the entire organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with retail technology, ideally in MS D365
Experience managing teams in an IT organization
Knowledge of systems architecture and IT infrastructure
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and principles
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to identify business needs and deliver innovative solutions
