Senior IT Analyst Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job responsibilities

Infrastructure Support across several towers
Rollout and Training
License Management and Maintenance Support
Asset Management support
Planning and Coordination support
Server Room activities including physical installations, load and server & network devices certifications
Under the identify management; creation of IDs, email accounts, SMBs, and all other AA activities such as ID suspensions/deletions etc.
End User Support

Ability requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field (Required)
1-3 years IT Support Analyst experience (Preferred)
Knowledge & experience of supporting telecom, server and desktop infrastructure in an Oil & Gas upstream industry (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with teamwork orientation
Excellent decision making, business judgement, influencing and negotiation skills
Able to initiate change and to implement new processes
Excellent analytical and comprehension of business needs, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and global, diverse-culture teams (Preferred)
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
IT operations experience (Required)
IT infrastructure support experience (Preferred)
Project Management experience (Preferred)
Proficient in the ITIL framework and hands-on experience with ITIL processes.
Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, networks, telecoms, Windows and Linux technologies
Should have good experience of supporting computer software and hardware, including servers and systems.
