IT Portfolio Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services.
Identify areas for improvement in IT service management processes and implement enhancements.
Coordinate the resolution of complex IT issues and incidents.
Oversee change management processes to minimize disruptions to IT services.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT service delivery.
Work closely with CX team on volumetric customer complaints triggered from failures in the bank IT systems for remediation and service improvement plans.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges, define technology solutions to address Business objectives.
Required qualifications & experience
3-4 years of similar job experience
University degree (preferably in IT / Engineering field)
International exposure will be an added advantage
Experience in high-end Tech companies, Banks, Consulting firms
Earlier experience in IT service management roles, such as IT service desk manager or IT operations manager.
Proven experience leading and managing teams in an IT environment.
Experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Earlier involvement in change management initiatives within IT organizations.
Experience coordinating the resolution of IT incidents and minimizing service disruptions.
