Job Description:

Design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives
Manage the human resources programs and ensure that initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives
Supervise HR department, deal with employee grievances and disputes, support employee development and enhance job satisfaction
Forecast staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintain employee records, manage budgets, design accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Qualifications:

Bachelor’ degree in related course
At least 5 years of experience in similar role
Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
