Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Assist PRO to complete visa procedure
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Monitor employee documents and expiries
Collects, tracks, and documents evaluations to be used for employee training and development needs.
Coordinates and communicates the employee activities to all staff.
Gathers and verifies information from human resource matters to enhance the development of policies and procedures.
Explains HR policies and procedures to assist employees with inquiries and concerns
Preferably with F & B experience
