Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR management and human resources (HR) practices
Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
Ability to implement HR policies effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
