Job Title: Senior HR Officer

You will be responsible for key HR functions across the company including talent scouting,
compensation, learning & development and people wellbeing.
You will be the key administrator of company policies, procedures and company culture and will ensure their effective implementation.
you will acores function of the role is the management of performance evaluation, career planning, training and development.
You will oversee all administrative aspects of HR and be responsible for maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements as well as handle sensitive information professionally.

Requirements:

HR qualification and certification with min 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of UAE labour law (preferable).
Strong verbal and written communication skills *Fluency in multiple languages (preferable).
Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
Skilled in Microsoft suite.
Proven capability of team working in dynamic environments.
