At Tokenwin, we are a global innovator in the world of crypto gaming. We are seeking a dedicated, strategic, and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to build our HR infrastructure from scratch and drive our recruitment, onboarding, and HR management activities in three offices across different countries and regions.
Team Expansion Plan in Dubai
As a part of our ambitious growth strategy, Tokenwin is looking to establish a high-caliber engineering team in Dubai. We are seeking talented and experienced engineers to build the foundation of our technological innovations. Our plan is to assemble a team of approximately 20 senior engineers in Dubai within a span of three months.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, We are on the hunt for a seasoned HR Manager. This position will be crucial as we are looking to establish a high-caliber engineering team in Dubai, and the HR Manager will spearhead the recruitment and onboarding process.
In addition to this, HRM will also be responsible for coordinating with and managing our technical and operations teams in two other countries. After the planned expansion, Tokenwin will boast an employee strength of around 60 individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage HR systems and strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure that we attract and hire top talent globally.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into our company culture.
Implement and manage performance evaluation systems that reflect our commitment to employee success.
Lead employee development initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities across different countries and regions.
Collaborate with leadership to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
Demonstrated experience in building HR systems from scratch.
Experience with advanced HR management tools is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with various teams in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple offices in different countries and regions.
In-depth understanding of global labor laws and HR best practices.
