Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals.
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website content.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide creative input and direction during brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in the electronics or technology industry.
Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
