Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key responsibilities:

Tasked with the creation of graphic and visual elements for websites, product visuals, banners, landing pages, and other graphics for Digital and Non-Digital channels, ensuring they captivate, engage, and inform the audience.
Collaborate effectively with the Creative and Marketing departments to convert data-driven briefs into creative outputs that are both engaging and conducive to increased conversions.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion, while maintaining regular updates with all involved parties.
Interpret business and marketing goals into design concepts that are visually appealing, clear, and easy to comprehend.
Apply design principles using standard brand colors, imagery, typography, and layout to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand experience for customers.
Adhere to set timelines and branding guidelines while working on design tasks.
Develop and maintain scalable design strategies through template utilization.
Actively participate in evolving the company's brand imagery.
Engage in research activities to stay updated with current trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Possess the ability to work swiftly on multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities when needed.
Show a keen interest in online shopping and e-commerce.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the design quality across all digital platforms.
Exhibit excellent creative judgment, with a solid grasp of design principles, photography, typography, layout designs, and 3D.
Stay informed about contemporary offline and digital design trends, ensuring pixel-perfect outputs.
Bring experience in video, animation, and motion graphics to the table.
Effectively present and communicate design concepts.
Have a thorough understanding of digital tools and integrated marketing strategies.
Skilled in interpreting briefs and transforming them into visual concepts that align with the BFL Group’s objectives.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital design, preferably within the Retail or E-Commerce sector.
An impressive portfolio that demonstrates excellent design capabilities and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent skills in communication, project management, and team leadership.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD.
