Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that meet marketing and business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and more.
Design and produce marketing materials, such as banners, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Mentorship and Collaboration:

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective design implementation.
Innovation and Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to keep the company’s design work current and innovative.
Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance the overall design quality and efficiency.
Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for project execution.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
