Job Summary:

Moris Media is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative Graphic Designer to join our team for the moCal brand in the Middle East region. This role requires someone who can work in a hybrid mode and is flexible for traveling for various activities, including campus hiring events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Primary Responsibility:

Graphic Design and Branding:
Create compelling and innovative visual designs for digital and print materials, including advertisements, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website elements.
Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Creative Conceptualization and Execution:
Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.
Brainstorm and develop new ideas, concepts, and layouts for various projects.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Team Collaboration and Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design solutions meet project goals and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Quality Assurance and Innovation:
Ensure all designs meet high standards of visual excellence, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools.
Experiment with new design techniques and technologies to innovate and improve design processes.

Primary Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
Experience in creating designs for digital and print mediums.
Experience in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry is preferred.
Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
