Sales Team Leader Required in Dubai
PSI Real Estate Dubai is looking for a Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team, will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
Responsibilities
Builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development
Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales managers also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing
Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for PSI
Strong leadership skills that motivate the Sales Team to perform beyond expectation
Financial Target: To be Achieved on monthly, Quarterly and yearly as per the company norms and policy
Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales of every sales representative
Strong capabilities in and deep understanding of financial demonstrating and market research
Strong Real Estate knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business studies, marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred
Proven track record in a similar role in UAE not less than 5 years
Driver’s License (Must)
RERA/ Municipality Certified
Communicates in a respectful manner (verbal, written and body language),
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds
Demonstrate ability to lead a sales organization to build an effective new business sales pipeline (employing effective prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation activities)
