Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Responsible for end-to-end sales: lead generation to closure and post-closure relationship management.
Responsible for new business development.
Responsible for export sales and marketing, and generation of new export leads.

Qualifications

Knowledge of leisure travel and hospitality and other related tourism industries is required.
• Must show a pattern of significant growth and consistency in prior work experience.

• With experience in Tours and Activities.
