Role Description

Vantage Properties asset portfolio is growing, and we are hiring an experienced off plan sales leader with a proven track record to lead in house sales.
The overarching goal of this position is to develop and manage a sales department to sell our growing portfolio of mid luxury segment off plan apartmetns.

This is a full-time, on-site off plan Sales Manager role located in Barsha Heights, Dubai. The Sales Manager will build and lead, a high performing sales team. The sales manager will work closely with the CEO and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead, Manage, Mentor, train, develop a sale team of 5-6 members, manage KPIs of the team.
Spear head sales strategy for circa 300 residential off plan apartments in JVC.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
Set team targets, objectives, commission policies and manage external brokerage partners with the business development manager.
Collaborate and ideate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other collaborators to enhance business partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Target deliverables:

Create and lead a high performing, multilingual sales team.
Curate road show calendar in target markets.
Key contributor to achieving the organizations’ strategic objectives.
Key member of the committee comprising marketing, business development and sales manager.

Who you are:

Proven Experience in Dubai off plan sales (minimum 8 years)
Strong market knowledge and deep understanding of Real Estate laws & regulations
Managerial experience in off plan sales (minimum 4 years)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
A ”can-do, will-do” attitude.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
UAE driving license and a car, RERA certified.
Multilingual with excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
