GOLD ERA is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales executive Coordinator to help us build up our business activities & ensure effective communication with stakeholders, clients & your colleague.

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Basic Salary: 5000

Location: Barsha, Dubai

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
Meeting sales targets & engaging in upselling and cross- selling.
Writing reports with sales and financial data.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and stakeholder.
Answer enquiries from the clients and other organization.
Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to potential new clients.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Responsible for the demonstration and presentation of the company’s services.
Other Assigned Tasks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
0 – 3 years’ experience.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems.
Fluently command of English is must.
Presentable.
Negotiation skills.

Keep attention to detail.
Rotational Shifts ( 8 hours ).
The ability to make 100 calls per day and submit a daily report.
