An award-winning Real Estate Firm in the industry for the past 17 years is seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Director to join our team at our office in Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road.

You'll lead our sales team to new heights, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You'll play a pivotal role and foster strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Motivate and train the sales team to exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship building.
-Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activities, optimizing our sales strategies for maximum impact.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to streamline the sales process and deliver unparalleled customer service.

Requirements:

-UAE Driving license.
-Extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
