Proxy Medical Trading L.L.C is a Medical and Surgical Equipment Trading company based in Dubai. We specialize in selling instruments and equipment used in hospitals and clinics for diagnosis, treatment, surgical operations, medicine, and blood preservation. Our product range includes Orthopedic surgery, Neurosurgery and General surgery.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including managing a sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing guidance to sales representatives, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The position is based in Dubai.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experiense in the medical devices filed within the UAE.
Analytical Skills, Team Management, and Communication skills
Customer Service skills and the ability to provide excellent service
Training and mentoring skills to develop the sales team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Good knowledge of the medical and surgical equipment industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
