Role Description
Apex Gulf Trading LLC is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to provide administrative support, maintain contact with potential and existing customers, and ensure sales targets are met. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of sales contracts, quotations, and proposals, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, with excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Must be able to work legally in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
UAE Driving licence is a plus
