Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends and competitor data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to understand customer needs and industry trends, and develop effective solutions accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities
Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
