A high end Authentic Syrian restaurant in Dubai

Job Description:
Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
Maintain high-quality food standards by Checking in on dining customers & proactively engaging with them to inquire about food quality and service.
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively in a professional manner.
Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked, along with maintaining the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills

Qualifications:

Open to Syrian and Lebanese nationals
Male, 25 to 35 years old
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
