As a Restaurant Manager, you will maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, great teamwork & environment, quality, and customer-service standards.
What you will do:
Manages and regularly optimizes the restaurant operations
Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and makes them settle properly within the operations and the team
Evaluates the team performance, coach, and provides feedback to improve productivity
Monitors the team attendance, vacation leaves, and prepare the monthly payroll accordingly
Follow-up on customers’ orders for dine in and delivery are being served on time and up to Rosa Thai’s standards, and respond efficiently to their complaints
Performs daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure good product quality, address engineering problems involving the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment
Sets and ensures Meeting Restaurant’s KPI’s
Estimates consumption, forecasts requirements, and maintains inventory
Upholds the sales records of sales and cash receipts including related areas of accounting, budgeting, petit cash, and banking procedures
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
Sets the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution
Requirements
What you will need to have:
You must have more than 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity and with F&B industry
You must have outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills
You must have a great communication and organizational skills
You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
You are currently located in the UAE
