We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Hostess to welcome and greet guests at our establishment. The Hostess will be responsible for managing the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient seating system, managing the flow of guests and coordinating seating arrangements.
Assist in managing reservations and maintaining an accurate reservation book.
Provide accurate wait times and updates to guests waiting for a table.
Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
Provide guests with information about daily specials, promotions, and any relevant restaurant information.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate and helpful information.
Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
Handle guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and etiquette.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
