Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai

A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor, and to drive profit and deliver VIP customer service.

This is a senior restaurant manager position that is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of the restaurant. Reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Manage day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Up to date and knowledgeable with current fine-dining trends and competitors
Schedule manpower as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labour cost objectives are met.

Qualifications

Arabic or French speakers are preferable. Spanish is a plus.
Substantial experience in full-service restaurant management
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Expertise level of F&B operations knowledge and capability to manage all disciplines in the restaurant business
