A fine dining restaurant and lounge that serves authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisine

Job Description:

Manage and supervise all bar staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that the bar is operating efficiently and profitably, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their bar experience and that any complaints are addressed promptly.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff are following proper sanitation and safety protocol
Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in the UAE; 2 years in the similar position
Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
Must be available to join on March 15, 2023
