RESTAURANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR (Ladies only)
REZKON Hospitality, Spa Connectors and Kintsugi are urgently looking for a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor (female applicants only) to join the Food & Beverage team who will be responsible for the pre-opening of a private members’ club in Abu Dhabi.
Our ideal candidate should have experience in Full-service restaurant or Cafe and will be responsible for the Front of the House Café and Juice Bar operations. The Manager's main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous, correct service.
Responsibilities:
Set exemplary standards of customer service
Lead the daily operation of assigned outlets by playing the role model for the team.
Working toward positive financial results.
Ensuring that scheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.
Train, maintain and enforce all service standards using records, menus, and appropriate reference materials.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests
Be on the floor during entire meal period and ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a multicultural / 5-star hotel / fine-dining restaurant environment with 1 year in the same role
Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment
Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
