What we are looking for:
A driven experienced professional responsible for managing daily restaurant operations while delivering excellent customer experience. Ability to manage a team, resolve conflict, ensure compliance and report to higher management. Ability to raise service standards, train team members, create SOPs and work within all budgeted guidelines.
To oversee in the daily standard operation of restaurant and staff.
Ability to handle and manage guest complaints while providing excellent customer service with intention to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Responsible for cash handling, inventories and schedules of staff.
Prepare daily sales and expenses reports.
Proven experience delivering exceptional hospitality services and guest satisfaction.
Proven experience increasing outlet’s profitability and improving cost-efficiency.
Experience with POS software.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and team members
Executing SOPs to the highest standards, consistently looking for ways to improve operations.
