Head Chef Required in Dubai

We are in search of super talented Head Chefs to join some of our awesome home grown brands, in Dubai. In addition to having full and final accountability for customer needs and economics, products and standards, processes and stock and people management for the concept, this position, will be directly managing menu development, trend-setting innovation, brand standards and personnel development in association with the Executive Chef of our Group.

KEY CRITERIA REQUIRED:

Atleast 7-8 years of hard core F&B operational experience as a Head Chef in the UAE
Expert at successfully managing large kitchen operations within well-known concepts
Essential background in fusion, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean & International cuisines
Highly creative and innovative in approach
Up to date with the latest trends in the F&B industry regionally and globally
Previous exposure to local concepts in the region
An expert at delivering unforgettable guest experiences within concepts
A people’s person with the ability to manage a multicultural kitchen
An exceptional leader with demonstrable coaching and mentoring styles of management
High level of planning, decision making and management skills
Sharp business acumen and passion for the F&B industry
Immediate availability will be highly advantageous
