Restaurant GM Required in Dubai
Manage operations (front office and back office) and ensure a high level of service to customers
Set up the strategy for a large restaurant serving international cuisine complimented with alcohol license
Responsible for P&L, you will be in charge of proposing and implementing all actions aimed at improving results and productivity
Ensure that departments operate in accordance with both the country's legislation and standards & procedures established internally by the Group
Develop the team management policy and support heads of department and their staff in their professional development
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience on the same role
Luxury F&B group experience is mandatory
Bilingual speaker is preferred Italian, French and English
Immediate joiner will be prioritized
