Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to increase the overall revenue of a group of international salons by training, motivation, coaching senior hairstylist & beauticians to perform better and increase their service & retail sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide retail training & classes to all salon staff
2. Provide upselling training & classes to all salon staff
3. Constant check in with every stylist & beauticians on progress, video call meetings & once a month traveling to various locations around G.C.C for meeting & coaching in person.
4. Increase Overall average sales ticket per customer to X amount by a certain date
5. Increase Overall Retail Sales by X Percentage or amount by a certain date
6. Increase Overall Service Sales by X percentage or amount by certain date.
Requirements:
1. Have more than 5 years experience as a retail sales Manager in hair and beauty or cosmetic industry.
2. Have more than 5 years experience as a sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
3. Have G.C.C work experience
4. Have computer skills, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and able to analyze and read lots of reports and KPI’s

Pay Package:
• Salary: AED15,000 to AED25,000
• + Very High Commission (Service & Retail)
• Free Medical Insurance
• 30 days paid Vacation + & up to 13 paid local holidays
