Recruitment Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai
We’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a Recruitment Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Responsibilities
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess their fit for the position.
Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate candidate arrangements, and facilitate follow-up communications with candidates and hiring managers.
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
Act as the focal point between the selected candidates and the PRO department and follow up with both parties to issue the official employment documents (Work Visa, E-Visa, and EID).
Continuously develop the hiring and recruitment processes.
Prepare and monitor the onboarding process for new employees and ensure the onboarding experience is beneficial for the employee and the company.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Create and develop new tracking and recruitment metrics reports.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Experience and skills
4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
MS Office. Excel, word, power point / outlook.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Experience utilizing talent solutions to proactively source candidates for entry, mid-level, and senior management positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
