Recruiter Required in Dubai
The HR Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of all human resource activities within the organization. They will provide support and guidance to employees and managers, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure their effective communication and enforcement.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, including the provision of training and development programs.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses, and make recommendations for salary structures and benefits packages.
Manage the annual performance review process, and provide guidance and support to managers.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers, and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Support the development and implementation of organizational culture initiatives and programs.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including employment law, recruitment, and performance management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
