Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources management, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked in the real estate industry. The HR Manager will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the company, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Dubai, and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance organizational skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee offboarding and exit processes, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite.
